I grew up in New Zealand and moved to Australia as an adult, before making the decision to continue on to the USA as a Travel Nurse. Intending to stay only a couple of years has morphed into well over twenty. About a year ago I chose to retire, and found myself in the happy situation of being time rich, so began my journey into art drawing in color pencil and more recently pastels. This is providing me with a constant challenge to experiment and improve my artistic self as well as a love and appreciation of many forms of artwork.
