Biography
Tony Allegretti is an accomplished artist who recently relocated to Castle Rock from Santa Fe, NM (via a year in Winter Park). While Tony enjoy's oil painting, he is most known for painting commissions of dogs using coffee as a medium.
While in Santa Fe, Tony immersed himself in the vibrant art community, studying under some of the region’s most respected painters. He attended numerous workshops with acclaimed artists such as McCreery Jordan and Albert Handell, refining his technique and artistic voice. His dedication to classicalskill led him to a six-month portrait intensive at the Andreeva Portrait Academy, where he trained under renowned instructor Tony Ryder.
Tony’s path to create dogs using coffee as a medium, began when he was told that "do what you love and the money will follow!". Tony loves painting, dogs and coffees - so he made a livelihood of combining the three.
Tony's custom commissions of your pets are very affordable and something you will cherish for years to come.
Tony can be found skiing, Paddleboarding or enjoying time outdoors with his dog Boomer.
