Paul Price

Executive Director & Co-Chair Veterans/First Responder Committee/Chair Murals Committee

Paul Price is originally from Matador, Texas, but currently resides in Castle Rock, Colorado. His background includes work as a surgical practitioner and educator, and national nonprofit CEO. He is currently cofounder and executive director of the Castle Rock Artist Alliance. As an artist, he creates steampunk sculptures and Colorado scenes in oils. 

John Neumeier

Board President & Chair Fundraising Committee

John Neumeier has over 25 years in business leadership within sales, marketing, strategic partnership, and operations management within the insurance/financial services industry, non-profits, specialty technical products, software development, manufacturing, and construction products. His experience is with small and large diversified companies, as well as startups. John is involved in volunteer programs within his community. He attended college in Nebraska where he attained a degree in Architecture Engineering. As an artist, he enjoys oil painting landscapes, seascapes, and animals. 

Carrie Martin

Board Secretary & Chair Veterans/First Responders Committee

Carrie Martin is an American Landscape Painter based in Denver, Colorado. Her work centers around The Great American West, where she captures vibrant landscapes, big sky and the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains.

Carrie studied painting at McMurry University in Abilene, TX before transferring to Texas Tech University to study Design Communication and Illustration. After college, she started working as an art director before opening her own design studio in Denver, where she worked with high-profile clients in Rocky Mountain West such as the Denver Nuggets, the Colorado Rockies, the U.S. EPA Region 8 Denver Headquarters, and many more.

Her work has been exhibited in both commercial galleries and institutional museums throughout the country, e.g., Art Institute of Chicago, and can be found in public collections including the EPA Region 8 Headquarters, as well as in many private collections around the world. She is currently represented by Zatista Gallery.

Hunter Burns

Chair Marketing & Film Festival Committee’s

Hunter Burns is a filmmaker who also has experience in the fields of social media and Hospital Administration. Hunter graduated from the Colorado Film School and is currently pursuing his MBA at Metropolitan State University He is passionate about the potential of Castle Rock’s growing art scene and the love the people have here for the Artist community. In 2023, Hunter helped establish the Castle Rock Film Festival and is proud to be on the CRAA Board.

Cindy Eberly

Chair Exhibitions

Cindy is a Colorado native. Her career was in the travel industry allowing her to travel to many foreign destinations. Travel often influenced her art. She is a self taught artist having worked in oil, gouache, collage and acrylics for over 30 years. She also spent 10 years painting on silk with dye and sold many of her works. At The School of Applied Arts she studied surface design and decorative painting, particularly enjoying the artistic detailing of organic and historical ornamentation. She has found flowing color in paint on canvas or dyes on silk to be most satisfying. She finds creating her art to be incredibly rewarding.

Rebecca McDermott

Chair Membership Committee 

Rebecca has been actively involved with both companies’ commercial interior design business since their inception. Rebecca’s prior career has been in management for the banking, retail, and multi-family industries. Her leadership guides the firm to exceed clients’ expectations and makes the goal of the firm to build long term relationships.

McDermott Associates has space planned projects in corporate office, aerospace, health care and retail. She understands the fast pace required for the tenant finish design business. Rebecca’s strengths lie in excellent customer service and business operations. She helps promote the teamwork approach at the firm. Rebecca ensures the client’s satisfaction to budget schedules and design approach throughout the project by staying in close communication with her staff and the client.

Her leadership promotes teamwork with all vendor partners resulting in problem solving and ultimate client satisfaction.

Tamara Anderson

Chair of Education Committee 

As a multi media artist, my focus is on painting and clay mono-prints. I have over 30 years of experience as a retired art educator working with preschool through senior citizens. The majority of my career I taught in a public middle school for a neighboring school district but I have also worked in both high school and elementary school settings. Additionally I was the LPS District Department Chair for visual arts and the school representative for all of the electives and exploratory departments within my school. Throughout my life I have been privileged to work with community organizations, art therapy programs, adaptive needs children and adults and senior living facilities to share the arts.Â
